Resolution in the matter of "Rescue Ecoversity":
11/24/09:
The petition brought by the plaintiff Claude Convisser for Rescue Ecoversity (Claude Convisser v. Jeff 'RP' Harbour and Ecoversity et al), was thrown out with prejudice.

Disciplinary Board recommendations re: Claude Convisser: "It is recommended that the respondent [Claude Convisser] be suspended [and] obtain a mental health evaluation from a licensed psychologist selected by the Disciplinary Board Chairman. . . "
