Dr. Yenory Hernandez-Garbanzo is a Nutrition and Food Systems Specialist with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations working in the area of school-based food and nutrition education and food-based dietary guidelines. Prior to FAO, she worked as a Nutrition Assistant Professor at Texas A&M University, and Program Manager/Research Associate of the South Carolina Farm to School Program and the USDA Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP). From 2013-2014, she was the Chair of the International Division of the Society of Nutrition Education and Behavior (SNEB) and currently she continues to be part of this Society as Trustee of the SNEB Foundation Board of Trustees.

Amanda Sage is an artist using her painting as a tool for spiritual and planetary growth and transformation. Since 2009 she has been based in Los Angeles and influential in networking artists and initiatives while hosting workshops, lecturing and exhibiting her work world wide.

Alex and Allyson Grey have collaborated on performance art, live-painting on stage throughout the world, and the “social sculpture” called CoSM, Chapel of Sacred Mirrors, that the Grey’s cofounded in 1996.

Chris Dyer is a Canadian artist based in Montreal, Quebec, who exhibits, teaches and performs his art worldwide in visionary art, street art and skateboard art. The main theme seen through his artwork is cultural and spiritual oneness of humanity and beyond.
