A 21-Day Rewilding in Costa Rica

As a collective, we gather to be in service and connect deeply with our wild nature alongside Mother Earth, creating a high-magnitude ripple effect on many social and environmental levels.

This experience is designed to awaken your connection to the Earth and create an intimate space to connect to one another. We will explore a hands-on and diverse curriculum constructed to expand the attendee’s practical permaculture skill sets while thriving in community, regulating our nervous systems, and giving back to Costa Rica on indigenous lands.

We can and will ignite a better future together.

The 3-Week Regenerative Permaculture Residency
is designed to reawaken and remember our birthright as humans on this planet - to live in harmony with the land and each other.

Our schedule integrates the elements Earth, Fire, Water & Air.

Together, we connect to the Earth: ancestry, grounding, and place. Together, we connect to Fire: our creative spark, who we are, and how we create. Together, we explore Air: traveling with the wind to connect to our higher selves and the collective community. Together, we connect to Water, the flow of life running through each of us on this planet.

Sample Daily Itinerary

8-9AM: Jungle Breakfast
9:30-12PM: Morning Workshop
12:30-1:30PM: Tropical Lunch
1:30-3PM: Integrate, Rest, Connect

Week by Week, we dive deeper into the community, learning
and regulating our nervous systems.

Week 1:
Regulate

Together we travel to Vida, a 65-acre retreat-center & hidden oasis with expansive views of the Pacific. Here we anchor into place, each other, and travel inward for an educational immersion and rejuvenation.

Week 2:
Root

Onward to the Caribbean coast. Here we venture to the town of Gandoca, a Costa Rican indigenous community. They told us they needed the river cleaned, so together, we will rise to the occasion while we take breaks to swim at sea & learn together.

Week 3:
Rise

After time visiting the Caribbean coast, we will travel back to Vida to integrate, dive deeper, and have a BIG celebration in the jungle. Think musicians, artists, and jungle scapes. It's time to play and celebrate.

Take the Journey to Regeneration and come back brighter than ever.

Be delighted by the possibilities. Our curriculum will teach you about the Earth, ecosystems, community, and yourself, from compost to green building, yoga to ecstatic dance.

Discover the way of Pura Vida, which translates to “simple life.” Costa Rica is rich in love, beauty, and deep knowledge.

Form lifelong friendships while flexing communication skills within an international community. Grow with a collective of diverse people who share the same vision. No one is the odd one out, here.

Experience play like never before. Learn how to foster the sacred. Rewilding is all about the return to the earth; relearning its cadence and going with its flow. Be guided in how to invite ritual into your daily life.

Give back to indigenous land. Show up for our brothers and sisters and be nourished by acts of service that form a symbiotic bond.

Surprise yourself with new tastes, sights, ideas, sounds, and connections. You’ll be amazed by who you can become when held in community.

This is an investment in yourself but also a service to the world. Dive into personal, cultural, and community development that you can take back to your home grounds.
