Executive Assistant & Right-Hand for Co-Founder

This is an executive assistant role that includes managing day-to-day tasks such as partnerships, public relations, and communications and talent management.

We’re looking for someone to join our team as the executive assistant to one of the Ecoversity's Co-Founders, Stephen Brooks.
Stephen has been featured recently on Netflix, Forbes, & many more. He’s a hoot and we’re missing opportunities by the day because he needs support handling all the things - that’s why need a bad-ass assistant to help reel in the magic.

- 2+ Years of Experience
Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Being first point of contact (Emails, Phone Calls, etc)
- Running our Co-Founders Calendar (Making Calls, Creating Agendas, Taking Notes, Scheduling Meetings, Appointment Holding)
- Arranging for travel and hotel accommodations & managing trip itineraries
- Organizing and running production for all on-site and virtual events
- Reminding and following up on important deadlines and tasks
- Compiling reports: expense reports, presentations, documents, feedback forms
- Implementing and maintaining procedures & admin systems
- Keeping solid communication with all team members and clients
- Maintaining contact information
- Coordinate schedules among different projects, organizations and opportunities
- Managing his personal social media accounts
- Keeping up to date on industry trends to adhere to all possible collaboration opportunities.
- Consistent observation and research of best business practices and etiquette
- Analyzing each networking opportunity and fitting it in to his schedule
- Creating partnerships and analyzing business opportunities for growth purposes in supporting businesses
- Ordering supplies or coordinating direct mailing
- Any miscellaneous tasks that support our co-founder
Time Requirements:
- 20 Hours Per Week
- *Remote Work
