Who We Are:


We’re seeking a 
Conversion Copy & Creative Strategist — someone who can translate the heart of our mission into performance-driven storytelling. This is not traditional copywriting. It’s modern alchemy: blending data, design, and deep listening into language that moves people to act, belong, and bloom.

You’ll help shape the voice of a new kind of school — one that teaches people how to live with the Earth, not just on it.

Your craft will help thousands rediscover practical wisdom — from herbal medicine to permaculture — through email, social, and digital experiences that feel human, not robotic.

Core Responsibilities:


Email Marketing & List Growth

  • Write, schedule, and optimize all outbound campaigns (launches, nurture sequences, events, and summits).
  • Partner with our List Manager to ensure each message lands where it should — with high deliverability, clear segmentation, and open rates that reflect curiosity, not fatigue.
  • Track data intuitively and strategically — measuring what truly matters: engagement, resonance, and conversion.
  • Constantly refine subject lines, CTAs, and flows through testing and iteration.

Funnel & Landing Page Copy

  • Collaborate with our Head of Creative (Ash) to dream, wireframe, and craft pages that feel beautiful and convert powerfully.
  • Write all page copy — from magnetic headlines and thoughtful hooks to testimonial storytelling, tripwire offers, and thank-you sequences.
  • Apply conversion psychology while honoring Ecoversity’s voice — poetic, trustworthy, and rooted in integrity.
  • Support the CRO and design teams in continuous A/B testing and optimization.

Voice Stewardship

  • Evolve and document Ecoversity’s written tone: alive, modern, reverent, and regenerative.
  • Collaborate with Chelsea and our creative team on brand stories, newsletters, and thought leadership.
  • Protect our narrative integrity — ensuring that every piece of communication feels rooted in both heart and precision.

  • Use AI tools for ideation, data insight, and creative acceleration while maintaining a deeply human editorial voice.
  • Build and refine Ecoversity’s internal “prompt libraries” to keep brand tone consistent across teams.
  • Partner with our analytics and marketing ops teams to translate conversion data into emotional intelligence — testing tone, rhythm, and narrative flow.
  • Contribute to developing future AI-assisted campaign systems that personalize content across funnels, courses, and membership.

As Ecoversity scales, your role will expand into creative systems design — helping us unify voice and data across every course, community, and brand we acquire.

You’ll grow with us into a leadership role that defines how humanity and technology can work together to tell better stories for the planet.

Skills & Background:

  • 4+ years of experience writing conversion-focused copy for digital education, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
  • Demonstrated success improving click-through, conversion, and engagement rates.
  • Familiar with CRM platforms like Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or Kajabi; understands deliverability, flows, and UTM tracking.
  • A storyteller who understands both the rhythm of nature and the rhythm of data.
  • Strong collaboration skills — comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, design, and marketing ops teams.
  • Deep alignment with regenerative culture: herbalism, ecology, wellness, and human development. 


Bonus if you’ve ever tended a garden, studied plant medicine, or believe that growth — in business and in life — happens one seed at a time.

 

Outputs & Success Metrics:

  • 4–6 high-converting email campaigns per week (active + nurture).
  • 1–2 landing/sales pages per month, optimized for conversion.
  • 15%+ lift in CTR and CVR within six months.
  • Consistent, resonant brand voice across all channels.
  • Campaigns that feel alive — performing not just because they sell, but because they connect.
