What You'll Do:
You’ll support a key part of our business—Digital Marketing— as a Digital Media Creator by visually showcasing our brand to our network of students, influencers, brands, and organizations worldwide. This is a chance to use your creative skills for good, spreading climate-changing education and connecting with impact-driven individuals.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Graphic Design Support: Create visual assets for our classrooms, social media, emails, and landing pages, ensuring consistent branding and design.
- Video Editing: Edit videos for social media storytelling, enhancing our message and reach.
- Content Ideation: Bring fresh ideas to the team, utilizing emerging design techniques and participating in brainstorming sessions to build a culture-shifting community.
- Scheduling Content Releases: Manage and schedule content releases on landing pages, emails, and social media to ensure timely and strategic delivery.
- Basic Web Development & UX/UI Design.

Contract Type & Compensation:
- 1099 Contractor
- Time Commitment: 10-30 Hours/Week.
- Compensation: Flat hourly based on experience.
- Location: Fully Remote (Freedom baby!)

- You’ve worked as a social media manager or graphic designer for 5+ years.
- You have experience with multiple paid media platforms: Canva, Adobe Suite, Kajabi, Instagram, Facebook, Google, Google Suite TikTok, Pinterest, and more.
- You dream in Canva about funny memes, viral reels, and creative inspiration you can't wait to share.
- You are fluent in English.
- You can work during US office hours.
- You are quick to learn tech and can google light HTML to edit a landing page on the fly.
- You’re good at getting things done and are intrinsically motivated—researching, initiating, and figuring stuff out.
- Everyone wants you on their team to capture the flag.
- You care about the earth, and the future of our time here on it as human beings.
- You probably dig camping, brewing your own potions, getting your hands dirty in the garden, and cozying up by a campfire.
And More Specifically…
- Proven & referenced experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in self-managing and creating assets across multiple tech channels.
- Strong creative skills and the ability to interpret data to drive creative strategies.
- Familiarity with various creative platforms and their best practices.
- Experience with marketing optimization, including landing page design and sales media optimization.
- Understanding of marketing analytics tools and their implementation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- A passion for staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
