Diversity & Inclusion

Climate Change Requires Social Change

Earth Care is About People Care. Climate Change requires social change.
When developing curriculum we ask our teachers to look through the lens of this institution. This lens is one of diversity, radical inclusivity, ecological regeneration & future-forward healing.Â
This means we expect and require all of educators to create curriculum and hold space in ways that foster safety and courage, are collectively liberating, and support participants in regeneratively embracing edges of identity and social location. We request if teachers want to include guests in curriculum, that they do their best to prioritize the most marginalized and underrepresented voices. This way, we foster dialogue and education that is polycultural, not monocultural.
Â
Ecosystems thrive in diversity. Diversity breeds resilience, synergy, and abundance. We believe we must lead in ways that support diversity as a fundamental element of regenerative design. Just as in ecosystems, where each species plays a unique and essential role, we believe educational environments should reflect a vibrant tapestry of perspectives, experiences, and cultural wisdoms. Our learning spaces must be ones where every participant feels seen, valued, and empowered to contribute. This isn’t about checking boxes—it’s about aligning with nature’s intelligence. Regeneration can't happen without equity.
At Ecoversity, we’re committed to modeling this truth in everything we offer. From the voices we elevate to the frameworks we teach, we hold firm to the belief that true sustainability includes social justice, ecological literacy, and collective healing. Because the work of Earth Care is not separate from People Care—and the future we’re building depends on both.
Diversity Makes Our World Stronger
At Ecoversity, we believe that true regeneration requires inclusivity. Through our Bio-Diversity Scholarship, we aim to compost systemic inequities and cultivate deeper access to earth-based education.
